For four days each February, the foodies invade Miami and take over, setting up giant tents right on the beach for parties, cooking demos, wine tastings, and more. There's so much good food every year.

In celebration of the tenth anniversary of the festival, the founder Lee Schrager has compiled an AMAZING cookbook with all of the highlights from all of the top chefs since the festival's start. This cookbook is a MUST for any food lover!
